Just set the Appointment... We do the Rest

- A successful enrollment begins with the presentation. Call your top five clients and ask them for an appointment to
discuss some new concepts. When preparing to meet with a prospective account, make sure that you are meeting with the person(s)
that has the authority to implement all aspects of the enrollment (i.e. CEO or Business owner).
- While
meeting with the business owner/ decision-maker, we will be asking questions about their business. We will want to obtain
as much information as we can in regards to their business so we can develop an enrollment strategy that best suits the company’s
needs.
- During the meeting, we will share enrollment
expectations with the business owner. During the meeting, we will express to the client what your agency commits
to doing for the prospective organization,(which will be done by Worksite Resources), but branded with your name. We
will ask the organization to clearly state their expectations as well.
It is important that we all agree on the following:
- See
100% of the organization’s employees through scheduled meetings during normal business hours.
- Determine what type of benefit enrollment options, methods and/or communication
will be used (laptop, web, call center, account benefit statements).
- Conduct
an implementation meeting with the appropriate parties.
IF | Then | Business Owner agrees | Begin the partnership by having him/her sign the Payroll Account Acknowledgement Form. If possible obtain
an employee census along with accurate benefit information from the employer.
| Business
Owner does not agree | Determine what his/her concerns are. If at all possible, address those concerns. |
